Terms of payment:
50000 baht - booking non-refundable deposit
5% of the Purchase Price must be paid within 15 days after right reservation
15% down payments will be divided into 30month installment (1st month - 15th month and 17th month - 30th month),
and 5 % in the 16th month..
Final Payment: 75% of the Purchase Price pay upon completion and handover with confirmation and registration of the Land Agreement.
Also Modus Group has provided financial support for both Thai and foreigner. The payment will be 5 years installment with 12.5% interest charge without any condition.
